An essential stool with clean, precise lines, Okapi by Marcello Ziliani features painted steel legs with ash inserts and seat. The combination of the two materials makes the furniture very resistant, solid and characterizes it with a contemporary design. The circular seat with a thickness of 4 centimeters rests on 4 legs in which the wooden section protrudes directly from the steel elements. This intersection of materials in the legs of the stool recalls the aesthetic appearance of the okapi whose black coat is decorated with lighter streaks. Its almost handcrafted aesthetics give it a unique and natural look, as it preserves and enhances the beauty of the marks and irregularities of the materials, creating a stool that can move with ease in different environments.
