The counter chair has become a part of our interior as we have been adding more and more high tables in the home - first and foremost in the kitchen. The chair, which at 65 cm is lower than a bar stool, but significally taller than a dining table chair, works in a number of different contexts in the home. With a square seat i paper wicker, it is a comfortable chair that fits well with other furniture in the Danish design tradition. The J164C counter chair is designed by Jorgen Bækmark and was launched on the occasion of his 90th birthday. It comes in both black lacquered oak and natural oak.
