It's hard to tell, looking at the Maxwell pillow from twenty2, whether it looks like a searchlight shining on scribbly clouds, or a scribbly-surfaced searchlight shining on smooth clouds. (You're welcome, of course, to see it as anything you want.) Either way, it's like a Bat-Signal of design, but in reverse (which is to say, not much like the Bat-Signal at all): it says, "Here we have good taste! We buy pillows with casual, energetic prints--prints that are on such a large scale, in fact, that most every pillow will be slightly different!" (It's a very enthusiastic signal.)
