Don't worry, all you need is a modern wine rack, and the rest is easy. Don't have the wine bottles to fill it up? No worries. We were recently quite impressed at a friend's house when her modern wine rack was full. It turns out she had filled the empty bottles with water and food coloring and replaced the corks, just to make it look like she had a nice little collection going.
Just raid your neighbor's recycling bin and you'll have a temporary "collection" too. Just don't host a wine-tasting until you've replaced them with real wine. But in the meantime, store them in something that looks cool.
