"Ferm" is Danish for "clever" and is used particularly to describe fine handiwork. Indeed, ferm LIVING's wallpapers and wall stickers are clever in both form and function. When ferm LIVING’s founder, Trine Andersen, discovered this old Danish word while leafing through her grandmother’s needlepoint book, she felt a strong affinity with it.
