  • Will this product work over wallpaper that hasn't been removed? Will it stick over the other papers with their residual glue? If so does it require a sanded clean surface?
  • You would need to sand the wall, and have all the old wallpaper removed. Wipe down to get any old glue off and then prime with a primer sealer made for use with wallpaper.
