What is my order status?
If you checked out while signed into your User Account: Begin by clicking the My Account link at the top of every page. After entering your email address and password, proceed to the My Orders link on the left. You will find shipping info and tracking numbers there.
If you checked out as a Guest: At this time, only orders that were placed while signed into your User Account can be tracked online. We're sorry for the inconvenience. If you would like a status update, please contact us and we'll be happy to help you.
