To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, email or call a Customer Service representative.
You may request an order cancellation for items that have not shipped unless they are a special order or customized product. Cancellation requests for certain items may take several days for processing and you will be sent an email acknowledging your request to cancel. You will also receive a confirmation once the cancellation is complete. If an order ships prior to receipt of your cancellation confirmation, you will be advised to request a Return Authorization once you receive the item and follow the standard return process to obtain a refund.
