Louis Poulsen Silverback Ceiling/Wall Lamp

$876.00
Silverback is designed by KiBiSi one of the most influential design groups in Scandinavia. Silverback is a wall and ceiling luminaire designed to visually morph into the architectural surfaces mounted on.

The fixture emits diffused light. The opal curved diffuser provides a soft and comfortable spatial lighting, and the metallised rear half of the product produces a decorative halo-like illumination on the ceiling or wall surface. The metallised surface also creates a mirror effect, reflecting the texture, colour or material of the installation surface.

Louis Poulsen F+P Wall LED

$716.00
F+P is the second product in a fruitful collaboration between Louis Poulsen and Foster+Partners. The fixture emits a symmetrical downlight. The opal cone ensures an even and diffuse light, free from obtrusive glare. The light emitted through the cone helps reducing the contrasts. The polished edges of the cylinder glow and hence clarify the shape of the fixture.

The fixture is available in white with textured surface, aluminium coloured with textured surface or graphite with textured surface, powder coated.

Louis Poulsen Doo-Wop Pendant

$548.00
Originally introduced in the 1950s, the Doo-Wop Pendant was designed in close cooperation between the Navy Buildings Department and Louis Poulsen. The pendant was used for many years in the builidngs of the Navy for many different applications such as cateens and offices. The Navy Pendant, which was the name at that time, was widely used because of the unique lighting properties and utility. Not until the early 1980th the product was taken out of the Louis Poulsen catalogues. In recent years, more and more of the old editions have been sold again through antique stores and auctions. This has caused a demand and Louis Poulsen has been asked to re-launch the products. The new version is very close to the original. The shades are still and spun by hand and completed with the fine rolled edge which gives the shades a special opticial volume. The brass variant challenges the craftsman as it is spun from a solid brass plate and appears polished.

The fixture primarily provides a downward directed soft light by means of the white lacquered inner conical reflector. The outer reflector, the main shade, contributes to directing the light up- and downwards, while at the same time spreading the soft diffuse light. The inside of the main shade is illuminated through an opening in the inner conical reflector.
