It's our name, and we mean it.

We started Design Public with the belief that everybody should have access to great contemporary design, no matter where they live, who they hang with or what they do (or don't do) for a living.

Design Public isn't just a place to shop. It's a community for people who love fresh, innovative products. If you're excited, we're excited. We're constantly adding new features so everyone can share the design love.

We're a small, independent company that nurtures small, independent designers.  We get a buzz from discovering new talent and being able to introduce their products to--well, the design public.
